Job Description

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician in Bloemfontein. This position will require you to assist with various IT issues, manage help desk tickets effectively, and support system updates and configurations. If you have a strong understanding of IT systems and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the help desk and respond to support tickets promptly.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers.
  • Ensure IT security protocols are followed across the organization.
  • Assist in maintaining network infrastructure and server management.
  • Provide follow-up communication to users on issue resolutions.
  • Develop and update IT user manuals and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
