Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with network configurations, and contribute to the overall support strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the IT department and clients regarding technical issues.
  • Analyze client feedback and implement improvements to service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the setup of new hardware and software for clients.
  • Perform system backups and recovery operations when necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
  • Certification in ITIL or similar is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
