Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults.
• Provide support for both in-house and remote users.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and perform regular audits.
• Engage in proactive monitoring of network infrastructure.
• Assist in backup procedures and data recovery.
• Contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures.
• Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and support.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Computer Science or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in IT support roles

Technical Skills

• Linux OS
• Hardware Troubleshooting

Soft Skills

• Technical Writing
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
