Job Description

As a Recruit Instructor for the South African National Defence Force, you will play an essential role in training the next generation of soldiers. Your responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs that include military tactics, physical fitness, and weapon handling, ensuring recruits are well-prepared for their duties.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise practical training exercises for recruits.
• Adapt training methods to suit diverse learning styles of recruits.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure comprehensive training.
• Monitor recruits' mental and physical progress.
• Provide support and counseling as needed to assist recruits.
• Develop engaging and informative training materials.
• Attend training workshops and continuously improve personal teaching skills.
• Assist in organizing military events and drills.
• Foster a positive and encouraging training environment.
• Build rapport with recruits to enhance their trust and confidence.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Military Instruction or related field

Experience

• Experience in instructional design is highly advantageous.
