Responsibilities
Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with safety teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Prepare project proposals and cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives.
Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on best practices.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Master's degree is preferred
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing.
