Responsibilities

• Translate complex user requirements into simple and engaging designs.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to improve design effectiveness.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met in all designs.
• Create assets for marketing and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
• Master's degree in Design or User Experience is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio

• Sketch
• InVision

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Analytical Skills

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)
• UX Certified by Nielsen Norman Group

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with accessibility standards: Knowledge of WCAG and accessibility best practices for web design.
• Experience working with global clients: Ability to design for diverse user bases and varying cultural contexts.
