Job Description

As a Teaching Assistant in Port Elizabeth, you will work alongside teachers to create an engaging learning environment. Your role will be pivotal in supporting students, facilitating activities, and helping to foster a love for learning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with educators to implement effective teaching strategies.
• Engage with students to promote their learning and development.
• Provide one-on-one support to students who need additional assistance.
• Help prepare and set up classroom equipment and resources.
• Assist in organizing and participating in school events and activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe learning environment.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Education or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Education is an advantage

Experience

• 1+ years working with children or in a school environment

Languages

• English: Fluent
• isiXhosa: Conversational
