Job Description

We are seeking a talented Interaction Designer to join our Cape Town team, where you will play a critical role in enhancing user experiences across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative interaction designs.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and easy-to-use interfaces that enhance the user experience.
• Iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback.
• Help establish a user-centered design process within the organization.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design integrity during implementation.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to peers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design or comparable discipline
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience working in UX/UI design
