Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to patients, conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and implementing patient care plans. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform physical exams and health assessments.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
  • Develop and implement patient management plans.
  • Provide counseling and support to patients and families.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and specialists.
  • Educate patients regarding medications and treatment options.
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare providers.
  • Engage in continuous professional development.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Nursing
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Experience
  • 4+ years in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner
