Job Description

We are seeking a Research Scientist to contribute to our innovative research team in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scientific research methodologies, data analysis, and project management. You will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive research initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead research initiatives from conception through completion.
• Utilize statistical software and tools for data analysis.
• Contribute to grant writing and funding proposals to support research projects.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and next steps.
• Coordinate with external partners for collaborative research efforts.
• Generate reports summarizing research findings for management.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant scientific field
• PhD candidates will also be considered

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in scientific research

Languages

Advantageous
