We are seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to safeguard our systems in East London. You will work closely with IT and management to develop and implement security protocols, ensuring the integrity of our data. The role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Implement threat detection and response processes.
• Analyze security alerts and determine response strategies.
• Conduct post-incident reviews and provide recommendations.
• Assist in compliance audits related to data protection regulations.
• Liaise with legal and compliance teams to understand regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles

Certifications
