Job Description

As an Event Planner with Eventful Creations, you will play a vital role in crafting extraordinary events. From conceptualization to execution, you will coordinate all aspects of events, ensuring they align with our clients' visions and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in marketing and promoting events through social media and online platforms.
• Handle event logistics, such as travel and accommodation arrangements for guests.
• Work collaboratively with a team to brainstorm innovative ideas.
• Resolve any issues that arise during events to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor event budgets and provide updates to management.
• Support the team in administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Event Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in event management is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Sponsorship Management Experience: Experience in sourcing and managing event sponsors.
