Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials. You will work closely with medical professionals and stakeholders to ensure the integrity of data and adherence to protocols.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage trial budgets and timelines to ensure project milestones are met.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to study coordinators and clinical research associates.
• Engage in ongoing education related to clinical research methodologies and compliance.
• Conduct training for new team members and ensure they are acclimated to the study environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a related field
• PhD or equivalent in a scientific discipline is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in clinical research with a focus on oncology or pharmaceuticals

Technical Skills

• Clinical Trial Regulatory Affairs
• Statistical Software Proficiency

Certifications

• Clinical Research Associate Certification (CRAC)
