Job Description

As a Cracking Unit Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of cracking units in a petrochemical plant. The role requires keen attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot various process challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the start-up and shut-down procedures of cracking units.
  • Analyze process data and make necessary adjustments.
  • Assist in developing operational plans and improvements.
  • Ensure all safety equipment is correctly utilized and maintained.
  • Conduct troubleshooting on process control systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance operational performance.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical degree in Chemical Engineering is a plus
Experience
  • Experience with petrochemical or refining processes (preferred)
