As a Paper Goods Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will ensure the efficient operation of our flange machines. You’ll be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and adjustment of machinery while adhering to quality standards.
Responsibilities
Setup and configure machines for various production runs.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to prevent downtime.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Document production quantities and report on machine performance.
Work collaboratively with other operators to meet production deadlines.
Resolve minor malfunctions independently to ensure smooth workflow.
Participate in safety meetings and contribute to continuous improvement discussions.
Advantageous
Supervisory experience: Experience leading a team in a manufacturing setting.
Lean Manufacturing Certification: Certification in lean manufacturing principles and practices.
