As a Pharmacy Technician at Pharmacy Co., you will play a vital role in our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Assist in compounding medications as required by pharmacists.
• Conduct drug utilization reviews and assist with pharmacy audits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and healthcare providers.
• Identify and address patient needs with empathy and professionalism.
• Ensure accurate billing and insurance claims processing.
• Support the pharmacy team in achieving operational goals.
• Assist in managing pharmacy records and documentation.
• Adhere to pharmacy standards, policies, and guidelines.
• Handle confidential patient information with care.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation Certificate
• Pharmacy Technician qualification from a recognized institution is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with medicine regulations
• Skill in operating pharmacy equipment

Soft Skills

• Team player

Certifications
