Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions.
• Engage in community outreach to promote health education.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and modify treatments as necessary.
• Participate in clinical audits and pharmacy quality initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy protocols.
• Support pharmacy operational processes and administrative tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting
