Responsibilities

  • Utilise clinical judgment to oversee patient treatment and effectively manage care.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery.
  • Perform wound care and monitor vital signs.
  • Evaluate care effectiveness and modify plans as needed.
  • Advocate for patient needs and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Participate in staff training and mentor junior nursing staff.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and standards of care.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Nursing
  • Additional certifications in specialty areas are advantageous
Experience
  • 1+ years of nursing experience preferred
