Job Description

As a Systems Administrator in Johannesburg, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our IT systems. From supporting user needs to implementing new technologies, your expertise will help us provide top-notch IT support within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions.
  • Ensure the highest level of system availability and performance.
  • Participate in capacity planning and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes.
  • Provide end-user support and training for new technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware and software.
  • Implement and maintain effective disaster recovery processes.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in the integration of new systems and tools.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Master's in Information Systems preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in IT Support roles with a focus on Systems Administration
