This role involves designing and implementing new processes, enhancing existing ones, and ensuring all operations conform to industry regulations. Responsibilities

• Research and analyze chemical reactions and materials.
• Develop strategies for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure product standards.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for project updates.
• Participate in product development meetings and provide insights.
• Support troubleshooting of process and quality issues.
• Implement process improvements based on research findings.
• Lead projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field
• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in chemical engineering projects

Technical Skills

• Chemical Process Optimization

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) License
• Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
