Job Description

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our forward-thinking team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of cloud technologies and DevOps practices to help streamline our software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of DevOps best practices across teams.
• Analyze system performance metrics and tuning configurations.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve team productivity.
• Oversee the adoption of new cloud technologies and tools.
• Support code deployments and rollbacks in production environments.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure data protection measures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Additional certifications in cloud technologies are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant DevOps experience

• Ansible
• CI/CD Tools

Certifications

• Certified DevOps Engineer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
