• Perform gap analysis to determine needs and opportunities.
• Support the implementation of IT solutions to meet business objectives.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Analyze metrics and prepare reports for business optimization.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis or IT-related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP) are advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role
