We are seeking a talented Architect to join our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing innovative structures, working closely with clients, and leading projects from conception to completion. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Design conceptual layouts and detailed plans for architectural projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely completion.
• Work alongside engineers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize CAD software and other design tools effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is an added advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in commercial and residential architecture

Technical Skills

• CAD Software Proficiency
• 3D Rendering

• Client Relations

Certifications

• National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Certification
• Building Performance Institute (BPI) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
