• Assess and diagnose patients across various demographics.
• Formulate treatment plans and monitor their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Keep meticulous records of patient evaluations and treatment plans.
• Participate in training and mentoring new nursing staff.
• Engage in outreach programs to foster community health and wellness.
• Stay updated on clinical best practices and healthcare regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Registered Nurse qualification required

Experience

• Experience in primary care or outpatient settings preferred
