Job Description

As an Investment Banker at Top Financial Group, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions. You will leverage your analytical skills to conduct market research and financial modeling, while also fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and market conditions to advise clients accordingly.
• Create and present pitch books to attract new business.
• Facilitate the execution of equity and debt financing transactions.
• Conduct research on market trends, economic factors, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with analysts to gather data and insights for strategic recommendations.
• Assist in setting pricing strategies for new financial products.
• Conduct risk assessments for proposed investment opportunities.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking with a focus on mergers and acquisitions
