Responsibilities

  • Respond to support requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access control.
  • Support networking issues and assist with connectivity solutions.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT security measures.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve system efficiency.
  • Resolve hardware and software conflicts and issues.
  • Carry out routine backups and restoration processes as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Certification in IT Support (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified)
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
