As an Executive Casino Host, your main focus will be on building strong relationships with high-value players and delivering exceptional customer service. You will coordinate special events and ensure compliance with all regulations while working closely with other departments to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to player needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee the processing of complimentary items and services for guests.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field

Experience

• Experience working with high-value customers and proven sales performance.
