Job Description

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will oversee the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials. You’ll work closely with the clinical team to ensure compliance with regulations and protocol while also coordinating participant recruitment and liaising with regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and oversee trial protocols to maintain high standards.
  • Ensure effective participant communication and follow-up.
  • Manage trial-related documentation and databases.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for data management and analysis.
  • Plan recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets.
  • Analyze and report data trends throughout the trial phases.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Provide input into the design of clinical trials and research methodologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in clinical trials or research settings

  • Statistical Software (e.g., SAS, SPSS)

Certifications
  • Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA)
