Job Description

We are in search of a Training and Development Manager to spearhead our talent development initiatives in Cape Town. This position will involve designing and implementing effective training programs that boost employee capabilities and drive performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and execute annual training initiatives.
  • Measure training outcomes and prepare reports on program effectiveness.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure training needs are met.
  • Ensure compliance with training and development regulations.
  • Act as a mentor to junior team members and support their professional development.
  • Develop digital learning resources for remote training.
  • Assist in the development of the company's leadership training programs.
  • Manage training schedules and coordinate logistics for training sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related fields
  • Advanced degree in Human Resource Development is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate learning and development
