Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in our IT department, assisting users with technical problems, managing support tickets, and ensuring efficient IT service delivery. We are looking for a tech-savvy individual eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests.
  • Ensure proper functionality of equipment by performing regular maintenance.
  • Compile reports on IT support issues and resolutions for management.
  • Maintain inventory of IT hardware and software resources.
  • Assist in network security measures and protocols.
  • Provide training to staff on new technology initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • IT-related qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role
