As an IT Support Technician, you will be the go-to person for resolving technical issues and providing support to our users in Bloemfontein. This is a hands-on role that requires problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT support.
Responsibilities
Resolve system and application issues reported by users through help desk software.
Maintain and update inventory of IT assets.
Collaborate with the IT team to improve support processes.
Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software solutions.
Monitor IT systems performance and report anomalies.
Provide input on technology purchases and upgrades.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Information Technology or related field
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
2-3 years of experience in IT support or a related role
