Responsibilities

• Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective design solutions.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create cohesive user experiences.
• Iterate on designs based on user testing and analytical data.
• Help build a design system to streamline and standardize the design process.
• Contribute to the company's innovation initiatives through design thinking.
• Mentor junior designers and help them develop their skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in design or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design, preferably in tech

Technical Skills

• Sketch

Certifications

• UX Certification from a recognized institute

Languages

• English: Fluent
