Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional administrative support to help drive our projects forward.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules and appointments effectively.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
  • Draft and edit emails, reports, and documentation.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support data management and perform regular updates.
  • Assist in planning team events and meetings.
  • Conduct research and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Utilize tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management software.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric qualification or equivalent
  • Diploma in Office Management or equivalent is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative support role
