Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and create reports to provide insights for decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance.
• Collaborate with different teams to gather data and develop strategic plans.
• Identify trends and variances in financial performance, providing reports to management.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Provide support during the annual audit process.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct variance analysis.
• Prepare presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in finance or business analysis
