Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Credit Products Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit analysis and risk assessment. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for evaluating potential borrowers, preparing credit proposals, and managing our credit portfolio to ensure compliance with lending policies.

Responsibilities

• Assess and validate loan applications, ensuring thorough financial analysis.
• Interact with clients to identify needs and provide clear explanations of credit products.
• Compile comprehensive credit proposals for the credit committee’s review.
• Ensure complete compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the lending process.
• Monitor credit performance and actively implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct training sessions for junior analysts on credit evaluation techniques.
• Stay informed of market conditions affecting creditworthiness and lending policies.
• Provide feedback on product development to enhance our lending offerings.
• Develop and maintain a strong professional network within the industry.
• Support marketing initiatives related to credit products.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in credit evaluation and analysis.

Certifications

• Additional certifications in banking/finance are a plus.

Languages

• English: Fluent
