Responsibilities

• Conceive and design new chemical processes.
• Analyze and interpret complex chemical data.
• Work with safety engineers to uphold HACCP and other regulations.
• Develop processes that reduce waste and improve yield.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Coordinate with suppliers for raw materials.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage in cross-departmental projects.
• Evaluate new technologies for potential application.
• Ensure all projects are on time and within budget.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in chemical process engineering
