Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our Bloemfontein team. The successful candidate will conduct internal audits, assess risks, and ensure operational compliance. Your expertise will help drive improvements in our internal controls and enhance business processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead audits to ensure adherence to standards.
• Analyze and interpret audit data for reliability and accuracy.
• Consult with management on effective operations and controls.
• Work closely with compliance officers to foster a strong culture of compliance.
• Develop risk assessment procedures to manage organizational risks.
• Effectively communicate audit recommendations to team leaders.
• Support training sessions on compliance for various teams.
• Maintain documentation of audit processes and findings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Master's degree in Finance is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in internal auditing or compliance roles

Certifications

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
