Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from conceptualization to completion.
• Maintain comprehensive project records and documentation.
• Foster innovative design solutions tailored to client needs.
• Facilitate workshops with clients to align on design visions.
• Ensure seamless integration of sustainability into designs.
• Evaluate project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate schedules effectively.
• Analyze project feedback to improve future architectural processes.
• Supervise onsite work and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting for projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Additional certifications like LEED are advantageous

Experience

• 5 years in architectural project management

Technical Skills

• Building Codes Knowledge

• 3D Rendering Software

Certifications
