Responsibilities

• Respond to support tickets and service requests promptly.
• Install and configure new computers and software for staff.
• Help resolve printer and peripheral device issues.
• Monitor and maintain backup systems and data integrity.
• Participate in IT projects to enhance system capabilities.
• Provide feedback on recurring issues to improve support processes.
• Work with vendors on hardware and software procurement as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support

Languages
