Responsibilities

• Execute financial transactions such as equity and debt offerings.
• Interact with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
• Provide research and market updates to clients regularly.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on transaction documentation.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Support senior bankers in executing client mandates.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Master's degree or CFA preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or finance role
