Construction Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects in Cape Town. The successful candidate will manage on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, from contractors to design teams, while promoting safety and compliance on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety standards on-site.
• Coordinate the work of multiple trades and ensure resources are used efficiently.
• Document construction activities and maintain records of site progress.
• Assist with scheduling and planning of construction activities.
• Resolve any conflicts and ensure effective communication among team members.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in construction supervision

Certifications

• Construction Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
