Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Accountant to handle our financial records and ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in tax compliance and financial analysis, with a focus on enhancing the overall financial performance of the company.

Responsibilities

• Handle financial reporting processes and deadlines efficiently.
• Perform credit control and debt collection where necessary.
• Prepare analyses for project evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments for financial planning.
• Stay updated with accounting and tax regulations.
• Implement best practices in financial management.
• Assist in payroll processing when necessary.
• Support with ad-hoc financial tasks as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CA(SA) or equivalent qualification is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

Technical Skills

• Accounting Software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)
• Excel
• Taxation

Certifications

• CIMA or equivalent certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
