Clinical Research Associate

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to coordinate clinical trials and ensure the highest standards of study conduct. You will work closely with investigators and research teams to gather and analyze data while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of clinical trials and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate trial enrollment and conduct.
• Monitor trial progress and ensure timely data collection and documentation.
• Assist in the development of trial-related documents including protocols and consent forms.
• Provide training and support to site personnel on study protocols and procedures.
• Evaluate site performance and conduct site visits to ensure compliance.
• Report adverse events and other study-related issues to the appropriate parties.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
• Conduct data analysis and contribute to the preparation of study reports.
• Maintain accurate and complete site regulatory files.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical research or a related role
