Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing support to end-users, and ensuring smooth operations across various systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor active IT support tickets and maintain user satisfaction.
  • Evaluate technical solutions and recommend upgrades or changes.
  • Assist with network installations and configurations.
  • Work with external vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct user training sessions and workshops as necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss IT strategies and updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or Computer Science
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
