Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for IT support inquiries.
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
Install and configure computer systems and applications.
Conduct regular system checks and maintenance.
Provide support for network-related issues.

Assist in data backup and recovery procedures.
Develop guides and documentation for users and staff.
Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback on IT processes.
Requirements
Education
National Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
IT Industry Certifications (e.g., ITIL, A+) are advantageous
Experience
1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
