UX/UI Designer

Job Description

Join us as a UX/UI Designer based in Cape Town. In this role, you will focus on developing innovative design concepts while collaborating closely with the implementation team. You will ensure that the final output meets the strategic objectives of our digital products, creating enhanced user journeys.

Responsibilities

• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts.
• Work with marketing teams to align UI design with brand objectives.
• Analyze user feedback and iterative design adjustments.
• Present design concepts and user journeys to stakeholders.
• Utilize data analytics to inform design decisions and improvements.
• Collaborate with product owners to enhance user satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain a style guide for design consistency.
• Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar field

Experience

• 4+ years of professional design experience

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in User Research: Familiarity with user research methods and tools to gather insights for design.
