Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to clients. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring optimal performance of technology resources.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries.

Requirements

Education
