Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Johannesburg office. In this role, you'll analyze financial data, perform budgeting and forecasting, and prepare insightful reports that support strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and guides to improve business performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Conduct profitability analysis and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with financial teams to improve overall business results.
• Implement budgeting tools and software for effective tracking.
• Evaluate performance metrics to gauge progress against financial goals.
• Train junior financial staff on reporting and analysis techniques.
• Continuously evaluate and improve financial reporting systems.

Requirements

Education

• Postgraduate qualification in Finance or Business Administration
• ACCA accreditation preferred

Experience

• 5+ years experience in a financial analyst role
