Seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Johannesburg office. In this role, you'll analyze financial data, perform budgeting and forecasting, and prepare insightful reports that support strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and guides to improve business performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports for management.
• Develop financial models to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate financial insights into decision-making.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare management presentations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and business plans.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting financial decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Postgraduate qualification in Finance or Business Administration
• ACCA accreditation preferred

Experience

• 5+ years experience in a financial analyst role
