Job Description

As an Accountant specializing in Audit & Assurance, you will mainly focus on providing assurance services to clients, ensuring their financial statements present a true and fair view. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, bringing their accounting expertise to enhance the financial confidence of our clients. Responsibilities include conducting audits, preparing financial reports, and advising clients on regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to clients.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for financial improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance.
• Monitor and evaluate financial processes and controls.
• Provide recommendations for enhancing audit procedures and compliance.
• Support client's financial planning and management processes.
• Stay up to date with evolving auditing regulations and standards.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee their audit contributions.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance client knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CA(SA) or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing
