• Provide ongoing financial analysis to management for strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models to project business performance.
• Assist in developing financial KPIs for management review.
• Prepare detailed reports on financial performance and variance analysis.
• Participate in budget preparation and revisions as necessary.
• Evaluate financial processes and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CFA or similar certification is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or similar roles
